At the Tomato Head we believe in flavor. Our restaurant menu is loaded with fully flavored pizzas, salads and sandwiches but our hummus is the best known of all our signature items. We’re not shy with the garlic or the spices and that’s why it’s fair to call our hummus un-subtle.

Made in small batches here in Knoxville with non-GMO chickpeas and oil, fresh garlic, spices and classic tahini. Our restaurant blenders could never get the hummus completely smooth but we like it that way, we call it chunky restaurant style and we’re sure you will love it too.
